Skills Hubs COO, Ian Montague was part of a key panel session at today’s Aged Care Workforce Leaders Forum being held in Melbourne.
Facilitated by Sharon Blackburn CBE, Executive Director, BallyCara, the panel included perspectives from the Home Care Workforce Support Program as it is being delivered in Victoria, Tasmania, NSW and ACT, South Australia and NT, alongside the Queensland experience.
It was a great opportunity to explore some of the key components of Queensland place based model which has now placed over 1950 people into home care work.
